What AS/400 versions are supported?

LegacyBridge supports IBM i (AS/400) V5R4 and later, including all modern IBM i 7.x releases. We connect via standard TN5250 protocol.

How long does implementation take?

We can map your system and configure workflows within 24 hours. Highly customized or complex legacy environments may require additional time for edge case handling.

Is my data sent to external AI services?

Screen captures are processed in-memory and never persisted. AI inference can run on your infrastructure or via encrypted API calls to our SOC 2 compliant cloud.

What happens when the AI encounters an error?

The AI automatically handles known error patterns and recovery procedures. For unknown situations, Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) escalation flags the issue for human review. The AI then learns from human resolution, continuously expanding its error handling capabilities.

Can I integrate with my existing ERP?

Yes. We provide REST APIs and webhooks for integration with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and custom systems. Data flows bidirectionally in your preferred format.
