Pricing questions
What counts as a “document”?
A document is a single file containing data for one workflow execution. Only a successful end-to-end execution counts against your volume — retries, failures, and documents flagged for human review don't.
How does pricing scale with volume?
Each document follows a single hyperbolic curve: the first costs ~$1.00, the price drops as you process more, and approaches a floor of $0.10 per document at very high volumes. There are no tiers and no caps — your invoice is always $99 base plus the computed usage cost.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Standard subscriptions are monthly with no long-term lock-in. For dedicated infrastructure or higher-volume plans we offer annual pricing — contact us to discuss.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Your data and audit history stay accessible for export during the cancellation window.
How does the pilot convert to a subscription?
Pilots are fixed-scope engagements with a defined outcome. If you choose to continue, we transition to a subscription sized to the volume you measured during the pilot — no re-implementation, no second round of onboarding.
