1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LegacyBridge services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Description

LegacyBridge provides AI-powered automation services for legacy system integration, including terminal emulation, document processing, and workflow automation. Services are provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • ›You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • ›You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • ›You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • ›You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • ›Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • ›Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • ›Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • ›Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
  • ›Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

LegacyBridge and its licensors retain all rights to the service, including all software, documentation, and proprietary technology. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a limited license to process it as necessary to provide the service.

6. Payment Terms

  • ›Fees are as specified in your service agreement or order form
  • ›Payment is due within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed
  • ›Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month
  • ›All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGACYBRIDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LegacyBridge from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
